Nestled within The Fourteen complex, an exquisite private gated residence, our unit offers mesmerizing views, a stunning pool with a snack bar, a well-equipped gym, and a boutique. With 24/7 on-site security and complimentary parking, your comfort and safety are our priorities. For information, use the electronic concierge portal in the lobby or speak to our concierge at the reception of Tower A, who will gladly assist you in making your stay unforgettable.
Our sea-view corner unit, adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows, provides breathtaking views of the serene ocean, pristine Mullet Bay beach, the golf course, and beyond. On clear days, catch glimpses of nearby islands like Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Kitts and Nevis, or even Anguilla. Watch planes land or take off from our world-famous airport from the balcony, or take a short walk to Maho Beach.

Sleep like you're on a cloud with cooling bamboo silky sheets, a choice of 2 soft and 2 firmer pillows on king-size beds imported directly from Italy. Custom-built closets with blackout curtains ensure a restful night. Both bathrooms feature a professional T3 hairdryer, a small magnifying mirror, and plush towels.
The apartment includes a combo washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, steamer, clothes drying rack, necessary toiletries, and cleaning products. Beach towels, a large blanket, and two beach umbrellas are provided. A safe is located in the hallway, and a trash chute is available on each floor.
Princess Juliana Airport is a 5-minute car ride away, and the area boasts delicious restaurants, shops, nightclubs, and casinos. Supermarkets are within walking distance.
